not bad...its just something that a lot of people in the biker community in the states and especially here in FL (where the kids get their learner permits at 15) have been saying for the longest time needs to be dealt with. But now that Oprah is speaking out, her drones will listen, and follow everything she says. So finally idiot women and most of them are women will hang up their phones and drive a little less distracted.

While I agree with the no driving and talking thing, here in NJ I have noticed more people talking on their phones and driving since the law was passed. Now cops have another reason to pull you over and say "oh I thought you were talkin on your phone" then they run your plates and hope for a warrant. I can think of a few people that have been pulled over because of it.

I don't care if it's Oprah or someone else as long as the message gets out...
