Having press conferences saying how much he likes the bike is just part of his job, and he might like the bike, but it's obvious that he isn't as fast relative to the others as he was on the Honda. Just like when Rossi wasn't winning, I don't think the rider forgot how to ride, but extracting the very last bit of performance out of a bike is a lot harder than just riding as fast as you can, everyone around is riding as fast as they can.
Oh, I'd be shocked if Marco didn't also give interviews about his new Ducati ride and how good it was.
