Here in the south Visor Up is the way to go. And it doesn't take but a second to put glasses on. I just like riding with glasss and now I won't ride without them.
Only time I throw the visor down is when I hit the interstates.

Some nights, not too often though.
I just don't like the feeling to glasses in my helmet, which is why I have a dark smoke shield.
