I wish I was a little bit taller.....

Damnit! I can't park my bike at my apartment because of my parking spot!

The spot is on a hill and it's fine to pull into, but as I was backing out tonight (first time!), I almost dropped my bike 3 times!

The problem is as I back out over the area from the sidewalk to the road, the elevation changes so that I'm not even touching the ground.

Damnit! I wish I was a little bit taller!

In those instances, I'll stand beside the bike and walk it where I need to, then hop on. Much easier than taking the chance of dropping my bikes.

How would you do it?

I'm going to park it at my parent's place for now and that's not a huge deal.

No other options for parking at your apartment? The parent's house sounds like a good move though.

My apartment is in a house that's been converted to apartments. Some people park out back but my spot is out front. I'll take pictures one of these days. I haven't had a look out back so I"m going to see if I can't squeeze my bike in there somewhere.
