Default Multiple port battery tenders

Now that I have my own garage and the bikes to store them in I was thinking about getting either a 2 or 4 port battery tender. In the end I will have 3 bikes to charge over the winter(4 if I ever get the TL up and going) I have a battery tender plus so that will cover one and was kicking around either the 2 or 4 port ones.

Anyone used the multi port chargers and have any good or bad things to say about them.

I could swear we had this conversion back on CF a few years ago.

IIRC, it turned out that three new chargers would still be cheaper than the mutliport.

We probably did, but I think I killed the brain cells that rememberd it at the bar last weekend. Now I have a place thats out of the elements so I can leave them in the bikes and just let them charge while they hibernate

At $30 a pop for BT Jr. It is just cheaper to run a bunch of those. I know of one brand that will do 2 batteries at the same time as long as they are the same CCA.

Battery Minder is the brand.
Don @ Value Teck sells them
http://www.valueteck.com/index.html

Battery Tender themselves sells a v-twin looking charger that does 2 bikes. But once again, probably cheaper to go with multiple jrs

T-mac

I don't know what kind of charge they put out, but check out like a Bass Pro. They have multi-port charger that fishermen would use on their boats since they have multiple batteries (trolling batt, starter batt, ect)
