Hells yeh that sounds like a toll collector.
On the other side I had a car stolen a few years back, and I was able to track where the thieves went based on the tickets I recieved in the mail from them blowing through toll lanes without an ezpass. I will say that the ezpass is convenient but it has its flaws. A while ago mine stopped working and i had gone through the toll booths a few times before i found out. So when I called I was told that they would send me a new transponder in 7-14 days and I could continue going through teh ezpass lanes and it would recognize my plate and I would not recieve a ticket. Well I wound up having to wait 2 weeks for the new ezpass and did 4 or more tolls a day for 2 weeks and recieved a $25 ticket for each trip through the toll booth. The total bill was over 1100 in tickets. To get rid of them I had to go to court with proof that I had an ezpass, because of the number of tickets and the amount I owed. So I went to court and was told that i would have to schedule a different court appearance for each ticket. it wound up having to be over 3 days because there was no single day available to do all 25 hearings. Anyway, the judge was cool and dismissed all the $25 fines and just had me pay the cost of the actual tolls. He also did all the tickets at the same time instead of hearing it for each ticket and I didnt have to go back to court the other 2 days.
