Puckett's adding a store
Not that i'm going to stop going to the original one but this will be nice when it's raining or winter.
http://www.wkrn.com/global/story.asp?s=12198856 Puckett's announces new downtown location Posted: Mar 24, 2010 5:15 PM NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A much needed grocery store will soon open in downtown Nashville. The newest Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant will open on the corner of 5th Avenue and Church Street in downtown Nashville. Owner Andy Marshall and his family gathered Wednesday morning to announce the new location. "This is a big deal for us," said Marshall. "Downtown Nashville is obviously the big dream of were we wanted to be." The new downtown Nashville Puckett's will be modeled after their store in downtown Franklin, which is a meat and three type restaurant that includes a small grocery store. Puckett's is also a popular venue for live music. "Any time you bring in local product, authentic live music and you add it to the mix in the city, it is a win for us. We couldn't be happier to have them join the family," Butch Spyridon, who is the President of the Nashville Visitors and Convention Bureau. Marshall said he and his family are excited to be a new part of the thriving downtown community and hope to be open for business by the fall. Read more about Puckett's and PuckettsGrocery.com. |

best damn food in the area and the roads near the leipers fork are some of the best in the southwest nashville area, and its right off of the trace which is awesome for the first twenty miles and also one of the meeting spots for our rides, there are typically two a week, one on the east side and one on the west side |
