Yet if she decides to have the baby, it's his responsibility. Seems like a double standard.

IMNSHO, rights should be equal... they both created the baby... she is as culpable in the process as he is... they both determined the risk when they fucked... Despite the fact that both parties were equally responsible, or equally irresponsible, the only right men have in these instances is to pay for the child for the rest of their lives... That's it.

I would draw the line at forcing her to abort the baby, but if he's willing to take responsibility for the child, she should take the pregnancy to term and turnover custody... the exception would be if she had significant medical risks.

Abortion is an evasive, unnatural procedure... women have been having babies forever...

I just fail to understand how/why men have absolutely no say in anything relating to their child, except to pay for it.

I still think my plan works best. If father decides he wants nothing to do with it, he would have to pay a one time removal of rights fee (basically equal to court costs and abortion cost for the woman.) Basically he would have to sign away all rights to the baby and waive any future "oh I was dumb, I want to be in the kid's life now" moments.

The reverse sidn of the coin, woman still keeps sole decision to do anything she wants, abortion or keep it. The man has no say in this matter at all.

This will remove the right for women to say "fuck you, you are supporting this child" even though I didn't allow you any opinion on if I keep it or not. She can have an abortion for free on him if she doesn't want to raise/pay for the child.

The sex argument doesn't work, sex doesn't automatically mean prego and some women lie about being on birth control or do stupid shit like take antibiotics while they are on it. You don't hear about dudes poking holes in their own condoms to trap women in a relationship.
