Default Washing Helmet Padding

Well since I left my bike, helmet, gloves, etc outside last night it rained on the bike and inside my helmet. I'm drying the pads out with a fan right now but decided it might be time to wash the pads.

Normally I just spray fabreeze in it and go. But now I'd like to actually wash my pads. There are no cleaning instructions on the padding so I'm lost.

Can I just throw the pads in with a regular wash load (T-shirts, jeans, etc) and dry it in the drier. Or does it need to be washed in a special way.

It's an HJC AC-12 if that matters any.

Thanks JoJo. I just thought about checking HJC's website but decided to check the posts first.

Thanks for the link though.

No problem. My spare is a hjc ac-12 but I was too lazy to go look at it so I just googled it.
