Tough call, this is getting a lot of press up here so it wont be easy to slip through the cracks. Hopefully she messes with the wrong person next time and gets shot in the head, problem and future problems solved.

The fact that she has committed previous crimes still doesn't mean that she deserves to be executed or put away for life for killing a kitten. When I was younger, I also got into quite a lot of trouble. I'm not going to say that anything will justify torturing/killing that kitten but we still don't know what the other girl did to her to prompt this attack. If this girl is such a "monster" then I doubt that her roommate was an angel.
