No I just get bruises on the insides of my legs near my ankles. My suit it too big and I'm stuffing too much leather down in my boots. I need to get them altered.

mine has the cheap stuff. it held up pretty good in my last crash though, the stretch pannel behind one knee is the only thing that failed.

My syed is good to go (and crash tested a few times now - holding up VERY well)

My older Syed suit was built in Mar of 93' Raced 5 years, crashed 5 or 6 times (twice between 70-80mph and once at 100+MPH) and is still in safe shape. Not pretty, but still comfortable and will still pass a tech inspection. My newer Syed was built in Jan of 97 and still looks new, except for some scuffing where some guy rode up my leg and over the the top of me and the bike. Custom suits that are built for the real deal are expensive but worth every penny. You get what you pay for with Syed.

My teknic with the crappy strech material held up nicely in a 45 mph lowside, just some scuffing on the leg, ass and elbow. Nothing blew up or tore apart on me, however the A* glove I was wearing just dissapeared, all that was left was the back of my hand and the gauntlet around my wrist. My palm just dissintegrated taking my fingers with them.

I was surprised that my Teknic had the good shit, honestly. And my Icon gloves actually held up very very well in my low side.
