Very nice laptop (skip the i3. Go for the i5 or i7) and Asus ranks pretty high on laptop reliability.
I would go i7 because of the 4gb ram limit on i3 and i5 models.

Well, J&R got some in stock so I ordered one. They had an amazon checkout option so I used that and everything was well.............NOT!

Later on today I checked my email and I got an email from amazon saying my card was declined. I've never had that happen. Well of course J&R didnt get my order and they were sold out. I'm back on the waiting list.

A few buddies on tour have those and one must have got the lemon of that exact computer. He's had nothing but issues, it overheats and the mousepad no longer works and it randomly shuts off. But the other two love it and have no issues. Pretty good computers from what i've heard.
