Beginner... Small stature.... In Europe, these and the Derbis are THE beginner bikes...for a reason....they go, stop and handle like REAL bikes and a competent rider on one can embarrass a mediocre rider on a larger bike. I had this one out in October on the twisty backroads near the Potomac where top speeds seldom go above 70 and other riders were STUNNED it was a 50cc bike....... On top of that you have 31 outdoor kart sprint (read road) courses in Florida...most of which host YSR and 49, 72 and 90cc racing. Not to mention the full size courses there........... http://www.na-motorsports.com/Tracks...doorKartTracks I have friends of mine in Pittsburg who had the same issues, till she started racing one two years ago at Beaver Run....now she puts other riders to shame on the road with her lowered 750 Monster.........

Are 50cc motorcycles able to be tagged? I'm pretty sure 125s in TN are too small to be street legal. Maybe I'm wrong.

In Md at least, they are street legal but not freeway legal. Bike has title and can be tagged in MD, can't speak for FLA. Up to about 50 it'll outperform your average econobox.....

You don't need to tag a 50cc like this in TN. There are certain rules you have to follow, like lights and such and you are restricted to certain roads.
