I've read some reviews and they all say that its a decent movie, not a super action flick, not super deep into its story, more of a popcorn movie than anything else. I'm gonna see it.

It just started playing here. One of the better movie reviewers, in Toronto, just said that it wasn't bad but fell sort of flat through the middle. He also said that they should have replaced Portman with Kat Dennings, for the love interest character. Said she did a much better job.

Heard a review this morning on the radio, guy is usually pretty spot on with his reviews, gave it 5 outta 6, I think we'll go see it tonight.

That guy is very generous, the movie was weak sauce.

Watch it at work, ch131.com

I am not a thor comic book fan either. I watched it with low expectations and wasn't disappointed. Glad I didn't pay $10 for it.

Chics dig love stories, you might like it.

That's my thought exactly. Same with Fast Five.

What the hell do people expect? Citizen Kane? Gone With The Wind?

It's a movie about the comic book superhero named Thor. Blasting, explosion, fights, Natalie Portman...more than good enough for me.
