The 20's were $500 each on tire rack too; pass on that too since I doubt I'd get 60k out of them like my truck tires. That poor rotor. I saw a Nissan Titan yesterday with 30's on it. It was on the back of a flatbed tow truck. |

I would have gone with 30" rear and 22" fronts...That way I could watch the road thru the sun roof!

Why not? If they one the business on the back window it will get it noticed. Around here they were using Hummers and H2 when they came out. They also did it with the Smart car.
Would I do it? No. Not 30" on that car or any car for that matter. A truck would be a different story. James

255/50/19 (less rigid of a ride, and less concern of pothole damage) vs. 315/35/20 (just a LOT of tire for a kid-haulder ) The 20's came with much more interesting wheels, but not nice enough to justify the added cost. |

Why the fuck should tires like that cost more? There's less fucking rubber, more rim. Shit's almost down to a pinstripe anymore when viewed from the side. These motherfuckers are saving rubber...why the upcharge?
Stupidity tax?

Different/new molds, and construction etc etc. Just cause there is less there, doesn't make it cheaper. Kinda like buying your woman lingere.
