Being 6'3" is all the more reason to hang off less, not more. Getting your ass off that much isn't the worst thing in the world and I'm not ragging on anybody. I did it when I wanted to drag knee for the first time and did it for a while after I started dragging (that's why I asked if he just started). Then I realized I had way more lean angle left and stopped hanging off so much and started leaning the bike more. Plus, it makes for much easier switch-back...ing. Hanging way off like that at full lean and then trying to get the bike leaning to the other side is way too much work than you have to do. Lining up your as crack on the outer edge of the seat is a solid base to work with.

naw I was just saying that with his long legs for him... it's hang'n off that much to get his ass off... cause his legs are normal length...
but i'm out of my element... i know jack shit about hang'n off and drag'n a knee... as I haven't done it... Tried at the gap... hung way the fuck of... or I felt like I was... had my ass completely off the seat... tried to kiss the mirror... but never got even a scrape... probably cause the bike was at 80* |

I use to be scared I was gonna drag a knee in jeans. I bought a 1-piece and tried dragging. I quickly realized I was no way fucking close to dragging my jeans. I dragged my first day with some tips from a buddy, but I was hanging off like mad.

I think I'd have an easier time on a track... I was really focused on the next corner... and only really tried at the GAP and fuck... corners are so fucking close
