No company will ever hold a candle to Comcast for horrendous customer service and outright theft. Actually had to get a lawyer involved to get my money back from them after they charged me for equipment I returned to them. They still persisted after I showed them their return receipt!

First runner up - AT&T wireless back before they became Cingular, then AT&T part 2.

No shit, I have the same story. The guy I returned it to lied about receiving it. They finally found the equipment and then refused to remove what they said I owed them while it was missing. I got BBB involved to get is solved.

VS sucks.

I am due for my bi-monthly call to Comcast.

Same story: equipment returned, bill paid. Next month, I get another bill in mail.

I haven't used them in over 6 months and am still waiting for the refund check from the first bill.

I grew up going to the playground in Meijers while my parents shopped. Also went to the barber shop in there a few times.
