The fistbump was used by Obama. The Dali Lama is acknowledging a black president, a black mayor, and a new spirit of human cooperation and integration in America.

This is the subtext of what is happening here.

Ah I guess you're allowed your opinion. I just don't believe that the Dali Lama "is just another man", any more than President Obama is just another man. If our President went to another country and was disrespected like that, I'd want to declare war. I'm weird like that though...

I think white people use the fist pump more then anyone.

For the record, as far as the fist pump goes I only do it if someone puts their hand up.

Some people such as Howie Mandel do it because of a fear of germs.
