Well they dont get as many opportunities. Unless you grew up like Danica karting with dad most girls are 6 to 10 years slow on the learning curve. Then there is the whole social stigma. No young chic wants to be the racer, they are pretty well cornered into cheerleader, princess, ballet, and thank god, gymnastics.
