Default Fork/Tire Alignment

With my handle bars straight, my wheel isn't.

I turned my bars to the steering stop.
Loosened the lower triple
Held the tire where it needed to go
Tightened the bolt back up but didn't help.

Anyone have any advise? I am going to take the triples off today and check them to see if they are bent. While I have them off I will be checking the fork tubes too.
