its weird some change and others dont. Theres an ortho guy, hes cool with me becasue I help him out with stuff, when he first started he was the nicest most pleasant guy. In a span of 4 or 5 months he became one of the most miserable guys you could meet. I kinda feel bad for the guy, you need a very thick skin as an ortopod to begin with, but hes butted heads with our attendings a few times and they went back to his director so i am sure he got shit on too.

Gyn guys here are a mix, theres a few that are good, some just realy suck and seem to know it which is fine, theyre not dangerous. But some suck and think they are good. One resident got into it with me on a pregnant lady I sent up to them. if I went and did what she said/wanted me to do I would have killed the lady
