He needs to find another line of work and never, ever work in law enforcement again. To over simplify, he's on a power trip with absolutely no common sense or human decency at all.

The video proves what a power trip this guy is on. The nurses come out and tell them his MIL is "coding" ( dying). Even the other LEO says to let him go in.

The self appointed "god" purposely takes his time insuring that he is too late to say his final words to his MIL.
