Turned out good, 2 of the 3 tix were dropped (reckless and no insurance), and the 3rd was reduced to careless driving. The officer didn't show up and the judge wanted me to come back again in 3 weeks, but then he offered me to go and talk to the prosecutor again so I did and he gave me the offer above.

The careless was $259, plus $250 surcharge, plus $30 court fees, $539 total. Its still less than what dave paid between 5 mph over, court fees, lawyer, and impound fee. He was close tot he $1k mark, I am closer to $650 total.

And the big one, no points, and I keep my liscense.

And as an added bonus someone bought me a free coffee this morning from wawa, and I was at the parking lot early enough to not have to pay for parking
