The majority of the people who live IN Atlanta are not from Georgia or the south. They are mainly from the north and large cities like NYC, Chicago, LA, etc. Even in my apartment complex I'd say about 1/4 of the tags are from out of state and the Georgia tagged vehicles have northern college stickers on the back or Emory University stickers which is a northern student dominated college.

I literally can't find a single Georgia tag in the sorority parking lot.

I will admit that when I went to Chicago this winter the workers (customer based businesses at least) up there were great. But the drivers up there suck donkey balls for meth and I just want to shoot every person who lays on the horn for 15seconds if you don't immediately accelerate when the light turns green.
