Blank receipt form I can fill out?

Got a speeding ticket today on my CRF, had no idea how fast I'm going on it. Getting a vapor speedo from a friend, but I need to make up a receipt that shows I purchased a speedo for the bike. I have to show up to court for it and cop says if I bring a receipt saying I got a speedo, he has no problem with having it dropped. Any help?
