I think if you ask a lot of people, at least some would say that chemo killed someone they loved. You need to be a little less convinced you have all the answers.

I am in the group that believes that modern medicine as great as it is, sometimes the cure is what kills you. I watched my father in law undergo chemo and he just withered away from the chemo not from the cancer. The following year my father went through something similar, but he smoked weed, and he ate like a champ. He did loose some weight from lack of hunger, but was able to keep eating through the year long chemo.

I'm not sure about the fact that THC actually fights cancer, but it sounds plausible.
