I don't give a shit what you say about he was an excessive party person and could handle that. That is more than the legal limit I guarantee it. 1 beer requires at least an hour.

I have very good reasons I don't tolerate these inconsiderate assholes.

But you have still had alcohol in your system which could have affected your perception/judgement and reaction. Unless you have been 100% sober 100% of the time you have turned a key. Like flexin said alcohol affects people in many ways, 1 drink or 21. And I completely understand it is a two way street when using that statement. I have had family members and friends die in crashes, bikes and cars. Some from alcohol and some from being a fucking dumbass. I had an uncle roll his supercharged Roadrunner with 900 horsepower, killing him, his friend. He was 100% sober. They all die the same way. I dont have a problem with you or your opinion Trip, all I'm saying is you can't jump to conclusion. As far as the "reports" saying he had 3, 6, 10, enough to be smashed drunk... say it all RIGHT there. Sensational media, conflicting reports, fucking TMZ spearheading the reports. Noone even knows if he was driving man...
