The last thing anyone needs is for prison outbreaks to result in new untreatable strains. They're are a lot of people working very hard around the world trying to keep prisons from becoming breeding grounds for killer strains of a bunch diseases. It's not because they care about prisoners. No need to have a "compassionate" attitude or be flower power love everybody type. Treating prisoners first is all about self preservation for those outside of the prison system. |
