It's PERFECT...for a couple of reasons...
1) The energy needed to get through the workout comes right out of any fat reserves as I've not eaten for 10 hours...and 2) The work out is DONE and out of the way before I even go to work. I get off work and have the entire evening to ride/hang out/do yard work...whatever. Far less chance of skipping work outs this way. |
