Seasonal allergies
Looking like one of them years. I dont get them too bad mostly, but the othe rmorning it was prety rough riding to work.
But man my Er has blown da fuk up with people with allergies. We have a lot of asthmatics in this community so theyre all comming out of the woodwork then the rest who think itchy eyes and a stuffy nose is an emergency (beats the 400 pound smelly cooter though) been writing for albuterol, patanol, and the allergy med of their choice tonight. Its gonna be a busy few weeks till all this passes. |

Zyrtec FTMFW!!
I take one every day, all year round. Wife gets the Dollar General generic brand that has the same active ingredients and it's been doing the trick. I can tell if I forget to take it. Allergies SUCK!

How long have you been taking zyrtec? I've been to different docs and they say you need to very what you take so your body doesn't become immune to it. I took allegra for a long time when I was going through school. Now it doesn't do anything for me. Allegra_d still works some if I can ever get my hands on any. I like taking anything with a D (decongestion). |

Yea that pollen has completely covered everything. just the other day the pollen count was 5000. I was like WTF. thats when i started having my allergies act up. Been on Claritin, Benadryl and many other things trying to keep it under control. Its driving me crazy i have really bad chest congestion and have been coughing for days cause it wont clear up. Of course i refuse to stop riding and that doesnt help but i sometimes wear a bandanna around my face while riding it helps some.

Body chemistry changes as we age. Some people grow out of their allergies, and some don't develop them until they're older.

I'm lucky, I dont get early spring allergies. Tree pollen and mold dont bother me at all. Its the late summer ragweed that blows me the hell up...
