Wisconsin schools are that bad?
Maybe its just the people that live in Wisconsin? (ZINNNNNG) We're pretty spoiled by our schools. With the exception of the snotty 30thousand tuition a year "gifted grade school" many of our public schools are just as good private schools. (Note: I'm in no way talking about NYC schools....) wis schools are better then many and worse then some. curriculum is fairly equivalent to other states. our issues are generally created by either the mainstreaming of special needs children or the "needs" of teachers to fit in with students rather then teach them.
our school system has for many years been a very liberal environment and they certainly push that on kids rather then simply remain unbiased. lots of zero tolerance for some kids and let's give them one more chance for troubled kids. luckily my son is out of school now. i sure don't miss dealing with it. seems I never got to see the teachers I liked enough and seen entirely too much of the others. LOL honestly I'm sure it's pretty much the same everywhere now days. |

I think at least in part it is caused by fear. high school students and even junior high students are very different now days from when we were in school. teachers feel "safer" if they interact with the kids at their level. rather then trying to be an authority figure that the kids would rebel against. |

Its the same thing as kids growing up to be complete self absorbed fucktards because the parents want to be friends more than disciplinarians.

Just make sure your daughter puts her drugs in a cylinder with a string so she can put it down the gas tank and retrieve it after the dogs are gone.
