I'm probably missing something but I would think you would still have a hollow swingarm pivot similar to most other bikes even with the single sided swingarm. I don't see why it wouldn't work the same as most other bikes.

I would think that any shop with that much money to blow would prefer to use some kind of ceiling hoist system, lifting the bike from its triple clamp and subframe, so that there would be no interruption of work space under the bike.
