back extensions wtf? you talking about just a roman chair? cant see fuckign those up unless you were holding some weights, which isnt necessary anyway.

Bullshit. I do sets on the roman chair with a full 45 lb plate. The weight makes a difference.

More important than anything, though, is form and range, and neither of those involves being being startled and twisting.

Flexeril is awesome, if it doesn't make relax your back it will at least knock you out so you don't care you can't stand up. I take half of one, I am am drooling on myself for 24 hours.

Yup, roman chair is another name, no weight but the guy across the room from me broke the weight rack sending a full weight set falling down. I twisted on my way up and just felt my back go out.

This is the third time Ive done this, the other two weren't nearly as bad though, and I was fine fairly quickly after, didnt need any medicine, just a trip to the chiropractor to get the electro shock muscle therapy
