No way is that going to last very long.... I would suggest getting some of that engine paint that has little ceramic bits in it.
Strip all the paint you just put on there off and rough the surface up a bit... then apply the engine paint... then give it a once over with a heat gun to cure it. PRESTO... DIY powdercoating for short dollars.

You can get wrinkle paint now. Its almost as tuff as spray-in bed liner. Just hold the can way back (10 to 15in) Last long time and way cheaper than PC

that's fine if you don't want a glossy finish... the "wrinkle" spray paint... rhino liner and all those are nice and glossy black for a while... but soon turn to a dull black (even a bit greyish) just fyi I've done this to the bed of 2 trucks, bumpers... and even the entire body of a 87 Bronco...
