Technically you could seal your case and fill it with distilled water... Make sure everything's very very clean prior to filling it with the water.

For my PC Tower....
Its an HP Pavillion a1630n running Windows XP Media Edition AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+, NVIDIA Geforce 6150LE, 250GB Hard Drive, 2048 Memory, Super Multi DVD Burner. I have no idea what any of that really means, I just got it from the stickers on the front of the 'puter. The fans REALLY kick on when I watch any kind of video for any length of time.
