well...
I had leftover Lag-zag-na for lunch at like...1100 after an hour long doggy walk. Now I'm eating banana and PB on wheat bread. I've been painting for a while, so I guess it's earned. Some things happening with this baby b/c I'm just recently wanting/needing to eat every 2-3 hours... |

I had a soy chicken wrap (a soy chicken patty, in a whole grain wrap with fat free swiss cheese, lettuce and alfalfa sprouts), and then a side of steamed broccoli.
