Heck, I rode two-stroke street bikes for eight years before I got my first four-stroke. Two of 'em were three-cylinder Suzuki's. In fact, Suzuki didn't even make four-strokes until 1977. I bought Suzuki's first Superbike, the GS1000. Since they didn't have much experience building a superbike, they overbuilt the engine and frame. I still have it and ride it daily. There are faster bikes and faster riders out there, but not that many are as knowledgeable about bikes and riding. |
