I noticed the P-80/T-33, and was also wondering if it was someones private jet or not.
I thought the pooper was a magnetometer, and you figured out the radar thingy.... |

Fly commercial!!!
Nose art would be pretty damn cool. But when you are bombing a muslim terrorist you have to think of their feelings and can't have them dying with the last image of a naked woman. It's just offensive.

I can see the report now: "Care to tell us again why you taxi'd off the runway and into the grass?"
"Well, sir, there was this REALLY hot 737...."

We built the fuselages for the P-8A's here at Spirit Aerosystems....what a fucking pain in the ass, they were....they went down the 737 line and had both lines fucked up for MONTHS. Out of sequence work....travel work...all kinds of nightmares.
We build the forward fuselage (section 41) for the new 787 too....It should first flight in the next couple of months....I wish that I could post pics from the CFF....unbelievable technology over there as they wind/cook those tubes. Pretty cool technology in the Dreamlifter too....it's bizarre to see an entire forward fuselage being stuffed into a heavily modified 747. |

I never feared flying until my husband got into it and he tells me some of the dumb ass things his fellow students and instructors do. I don't have as much faith that my pilots have been trained properly anymore.
