Yea, it put the kibash on my going almost anywhere this Summer because the treatments made me sick. My doctor wanted to ramp up my chemo somewhat but I made him wait until after the rally because I wanted to meet Rae, Brandon, Nick, Scott, Stephen, etc. Then the damn tumor decided to start shrinking right around fucking MotoGp time and I almost put him off for the operation so I could go but decided to go ahead with it. I've spent the last few weeks getting weaned of the drugs and waiting to see what the end results were going to be. You can be sure that you'll see my ass next year buddy!!!

Haha, it's funny but you guys are the only ones that know about it... There's only a couple people that know here, and no my gf isn't one of them... I figured I'd tell them tonight at Karaoke! Then that will be the end of it! |

Oh and if I didn't thank you directly, thank you!!! I appreciate your kind words and jokes! Like I said, it hasn't totally sunk in yet... To be honest, there's few problems I'm not looking forward to facing behind this "new life lease"... Not to mention the medical bills!!! Hey when you think that you are dying and don't have any family or "heirs", it's pretty hard to give a fuck about medical bills and their collector's threats... Don't look for me to be buying anything on credit for a while!!!

Dude, I'm so glad for you. I still think about this when I see a post from you and was worried you'd disappear someday. You beat a killer and deserve to be elated. As for bills and stuff, today really is the first day of the rest of your life. Congratulations man, from the bottom of my heart.

Send 'em $100 a month (to keep it from going to collections & impacting your credit score, hopefully) & tell 'em to eff-off.

Yea well see...I won't go into specifics but anyone here in the medical field can give you a ballpark for what almost a year's worth of treatments, several specialist visits, two operations, several xrays, a few days in the hospital, etc, etc, etc... I'll probably be better off filing bankruptcy.

No, Kerry's got a point. As long as you pay SOMETHING every month, medical bills won't be turned over to collections and interest won't be charged. Just pay what you can and avoid the bankruptcy if possible.
