Hey, Steph...lookies
Hand rolled Spicy Tuna. Its kinda lumpy cuz' the Nori was REALLY old.. and i dont use a Bamboo roller. But the Ume Liqueur really makes the Rice good! And the Wasabi and Cayenne pepper in the tuna....wow... And yess i know its not real Sushi since its cooked Tuna...But W/E

I guess cooked tuna is an alternative for those that don't like it raw.
