Even with a salvage title, get the VIN and run it through your local DMV and police department to see if there are any legal issues with the bike as well.

So long as those are ok, you should be fine.

I will be getting that done soon too, Either karens brothers will run it for me of if I see some cops in the hospital tonight or tomorrow I will hit them up to do it for me.
