you can buy prepaid cards for the jap store from some of those japanese import stores, and downloaded content will play on every account on your ps3 (can't dual register psps though so you get only one region's worth of stuff)

This is awesome. I've been searching Ebay and Amazon for a $20 or under sale for a while. I was pissed when wiki lied to me and it wasn't listed in the store at all. They need to add more of the classic RPGs.. too many of them are being sold at outrageous prices..
