People getting tazed is funny, lets face it. We all enjoy seeing others in agony. Whether the tazing was deserved or not, it provided good entertainment for the viewing audience at the expense of the douchebag kid.

Absolutely they don't. They prevailing mentality is that if you don't want to go to prison don't break the law. Everyone is always rah, rah, rah about the Constitution...until it comes to Cruel and Unusual punishment.
