So are all the women you meet willing to sleep with you the first night? Pretty easy give away (assuming they are shit faced). I'm not saying they are holding out till marriage or anything but a little restraint with intentions of seeing you again is a great sign. It also dawned on me with my current relationship...my first instincts with this guy were that I wasn't interested, he wasn't "my" type, and I wasn't head over heels the night....first month we dated. After the second month it dawned on me that he was perfect for me and I wasnt so wrapped up in WANTING him that it was a healthy relationship. It seems to only get better with time instead of all the others that started out at their best the first minute we met and fade from there. But remember, this is girl advice. So it probably doesn't matter ;o)

I definitely agree with you on the fact that this isn't going to sort out the issue alone. I'm doing other things as well to sort out my issues, this is just one aspect of it. Why do I think this is even an aspect? Because I've come to the conclusion that it's possible that porn has caused me to view women more as simply sex objects. No, I'm not going to go all Rick Santorum and say that porn should be banned. I think adults should be free to choose to live their lives however they want. However, this is a decision I've made for myself. I might later decide that it was an incorrect conclusion and go back to what I was doing, but I won't know if I don't make the change.

The vast majority of them have been willing to sleep with me the first night. I've had a few relationships that started from one night stands and a few where it took a few dates to get into bed. I've tried dating numerous women that weren't "my type," but deep down, they've all had the same psychological base issues. After much deliberation, I've come to the conclusion that the single common denominator in all of these failed relationships is me. So, I've decided to take a complete break from all of it and work on myself. If I figure out what is wrong with me, I'd be willing to bet I'll find the right woman for me, or maybe even decide there is no right woman for me.
