personally (all bias aside) i think they both look good. i like the angles on a smaller graphic, but i think they'd be kinda shady on a larger scale...

It would help I think if we had both of them side by side in a couple different sizes and all filled in... You cannot get a feel for the contrast in the outline form...

Then poll it.

It wouldn't work in a small version because the cuts would get too small and the sticker would be a pain in the ass to cut if it would cut at all. It's not going to be a printed sticker. Its going to be a sheet of vinyl that is cut to make the sticker. Small cuts like the knee puck would be impossibly hard at the 6" size.
