I have an iPhone and my last phone was the HTC Tilt, but I had the Motorola SLVR before. I never had any problems with it, but I've heard people complain that they're not very good phones (more specifically the RAZRs). Maybe mine lasted even with all the abuse because I bought it in Germany.. but it was an awesome phone, worked great for text, and had a decent camera. Hell, I still have it somewhere.. I would give it to ya, but it's an unlocked phone.. I think I might just keep it for that reason alone.

I have AT&T right now, and haven't had any problems.. I have the 500 min per mo./unl nights and weekends plan, plus unlimited texting and unlimited data.. plus an extra line (for my mom), so my total plan is usually about $100 a month (so I think, IIRC, the basic plan is just $40/mo) before taxes.

My SLVR was great. I still have it but I wanted a cool touchscreen. I have the Samsung Infinity now and it kicks ass. I'm posting on it right now!

I have a 3 year old moto SLVR. It's been underwater for more than 15 seconds at a time, three different times. Phone is a beast, but I think its days are coming to an end.

I had tmobile for a while and hated it. It dropped calls all the time and the coverage wasnt very good in this area. I dont really have any suggestions since I have verizon and like it, but Id avoid tmobile.

Lmao, i actually own a cell phone that IS a flask. used it for a wedding i went to last summer. thing only held like 6 or 7 oz so i had to make frequent "bathroom trips" during the 2 hour ceremony. was a real hill jack wedding, only had busch lite on tap at the reception, i didnt know a single person there.

I just didnt like any of their phones. Honestly i made my selection based purely on the presentation of the merchandise, and the ease of use of the website. i got the one i link'd to up there. should get it thursday afternoon.

Send me ur numbers people.

I'm guessing your number isn't the same as it used to be?

They also have a plan for 1000 mins for $39.99 (individual prime)

Texting:
Any 400 Domestic Messages $4.99 per month
Any 1000 Domestic Messages $9.99 per month
Unlimited Domestic Messages $14.99 per month
its also my NEXT phone too. I'm rockin a nokia 5310 on tmobile right now, and it kinda sucks, although you can talk/text on it, the sidekick is way easier.

DONT go to sprint/nextel. I"ve had nothing but horror stories with them and the SHIT they offer for phones.

Here, ATT will let you keep your number if you are in the same town or something like that.
