At the end of THIS job there will be a taste-testing facility....and I at least get to be there for THAT

I personally will help them "test the quality of their beer" every time I'm there

no...just to have something on paper for the bank to approve a loan.

Final drawings will be much later and much more in depth. Just needed something quick and easy so as to not tie too much time into it up front in case they have finance issues.
