that reminds me, I just took a body far analysis last night....ugh! so not happy with that result guess I'll be signing up for another 10K. When I'm signed up for races it motivates me to keep on my workout/running routine. If I don't have a goal I tend to slack.

31% is way to high for me.....

I'm in the acceptable category but should be closer to the fitness category at about 25% or less
