Most of the people I know who has lived in a townhome or apartment with kids just drops the kids off at a subdivision anyway. There are usually better pickings when dealing with single family homes. That doesn't change the fact that this is ridiculous though and I would still have candy anyway just in case.

It's pretty common around here for them to switch Halloween to the 30th when Halloween is on a Sunday around here. I liked that better cause no school when I was younger and cared about Halloween.
