That too is possible. I know for sure its a late 50's-1970 model, and not likely to be much newer. I'd take that pic over to SOHC4.net and see what the old timers and vintage guys there say. they know their shit ENTIRELY too well.

1964 Honda the VIN is CP771000600

Well that is interesting.

You either have something quite rare for the US, or the B is rubbed down, and looks like a P.

The CP 77, was a police model SuperHawk, (not used here, as far as I know).
